Eligibility

Items may be returned or exchanged within 3 days of the delivery date, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All original tags, dust bags, and packaging are intact
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:

  • Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer
  • Sale or discounted items marked as final sale
  • Custom or personalized orders

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please contact our customer care team at jaher8922@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions.

Replacement Process

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the item, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, in which case J.Ali Store will cover the shipping fees.
